Liv Gussing Burgess

A graduate of Cornell University's Nolan School of Hotel Administration and an inaugural inductee of the Cornell Hotelie Hall of Fame, Liv spent 15 years at Aman, contributing to the development of its global ethos and the growth of its portfolio of landmark properties. Her experience includes serving as General Manager of Amandari in Bali, one of the portfolio's most iconic resorts.

Today, her work spans continents, advising leading hospitality brands and owners on strategic positioning, guest experience and operational clarity.

Fluent in four languages and shaped by life across multiple cultures, Liv brings a global perspective grounded in nuance, combining strategic vision with operational understanding.

Alexander Martins Bengtsson

Operational discipline shaped by the world’s most exacting kitchens and boardrooms. Trained as a professional chef and educated at Les Roches, Alexander built his foundation in quality, precision and execution before broadening his perspective across Rosewood, Four Seasons, The Arts Club and Deloitte, where he developed a strong analytical and structured approach.

As Director of Quality at Rocco Forte Hotels, he led the development of performance frameworks that elevated consistency and guest satisfaction across the portfolio. Alexander brings a combination of strategic rigour and practical implementation, shaping the systems, teams and standards that underpin consistent, high-performing guest experiences.
