Case Study · Six Senses Shaharut, Negev Desert
to a project already in development.
Strategy · Operations
The resort project in Shaharut was already under development when LHC joined. While the physical concept was taking shape, key elements, from strategic positioning and commercial approach to technical standards, had yet to be fully defined.
The brief was to bring clarity, structure and direction across these areas, ensuring the project could be realised as a leading luxury resort and operate as a commercially viable asset.
Services
The project required structure and a compelling value proposition to differentiate it in an increasingly competitive luxury landscape.
Every decision — across design, guest experience, operations, people and technical execution — needed to consistently reflect the overall vision for the resort.
It also depended on identifying the right operator to bring it to life — one capable of positioning the resort at a level commensurate with its ambitions and investment.
Working closely with the owner, LHC provided strategic oversight across concept, positioning and operational delivery. In collaboration with the architect and project team, LHC refined the plans to meet the technical and service standards required of a luxury resort.
Simultaneously, LHC defined the strategic identity and market positioning of the property and established the most appropriate brand and operator strategy. This included selecting and negotiating with a suitable management company, ultimately leading to the appointing of Six Senses.
“Liv was instrumental in bringing our desert resort vision to life. Over four years, she became a trusted and integral part of the team, offering thoughtful guidance at every stage. A true strategic thinker, she seamlessly balanced the broader vision with the finer details, always with integrity, creativity, and an ability to bring people together at their best.”
